I'm David Bixler, a U.S. Army veteran, single father, and maker in Waldorf, Maryland.
I served with the 101st Airborne Division in field artillery, with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. On September 30, 2010, in Afghanistan's Arghandab River Valley, I pushed a fellow soldier back onto a cleared path and stepped on an IED. I lost both legs. I was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart, and in 2011 the USO named me its Soldier of the Year.
Recovery taught me patience, problem-solving, and how to build what I need. Today I put that into my shop: laser engraving, 3D printing, and CNC work, made by hand on machines I run myself.
Every tag, card, and custom piece is inspected before it ships. If something's not right, I'll make it right.
Thank you for supporting a veteran-owned small business.
